Stride Manager – Terms of Service (Beta)
Last updated: 11 October 2026
By creating an account on stridemanager.com you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. The service and the beta
Stride Manager ("Stride") is a free, browser-based multiplayer game in which you manage an athletics club. It is run by Antoniomichele Venditti, Via Molinetto 6, 21016 Luino (VA), Italy ("we", "us").
The game is in beta. This means:
- features, rules and game balance may change at any time;
- game worlds may be paused or reset, which removes clubs, athletes and results;
- the service may be unavailable for maintenance or because of errors.
We will announce planned resets in advance whenever we can. The beta is free; if we later add paid features, they will be governed by separate terms that you accept before buying.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 14 years old.
- You may have one account and manage one club per game world.
- Give a real email address you can access; we use it for password resets and important notices.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once at supporto@stridemanager.com if you think someone else is using it.
- If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.
- Club names, short names and manager names must not be offensive, impersonate other people or use protected brands.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. Fair play and conduct
Stride is a shared world: other managers' fun depends on yours being fair. You must not:
- use more than one account, or have another person manage a second club for you, to gain an advantage (for example passing athletes or money between clubs, or rigging sealed-bid auctions);
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or any automation to play or to collect data;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them to supporto@stridemanager.com;
- attack, overload or try to access parts of the service you are not allowed to;
- sell, buy or trade accounts, clubs or game items for real money;
- in the forum and in private messages: harass, threaten or insult others, post hateful, sexual or illegal content, spam, advertise, or share other people's personal data.
We may remove content that breaks these rules. You can report a message or post to supporto@stridemanager.com.
4. Game money and virtual items
The euros in your club's budget, your athletes, staff, facilities, trophies and every other game item are fictional. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money and do not belong to you as property: we grant you a personal licence to use them inside the game.
If your club goes bankrupt under the game rules (for example below −300,000 game euros), you lose your first-team athletes as the rules describe. This is part of the game and gives no right to compensation.
5. Your content and our rights
Your content. You keep the rights to what you write: club names, forum posts and messages. You give us a free, worldwide licence to store, show and adapt it as needed to run the game, for example showing your club name in standings and press releases. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for game history kept in anonymised form.
Our rights. The game, its rules, software, design, texts, logos and generated athletes and portraits belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and talk about the game freely. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its data.
6. Suspension and termination
If you break these terms we may, depending on how serious it is: warn you, undo the advantage gained (for example reversing a transfer), remove content, suspend your account temporarily or close it. We will tell you the reason by email, and you can reply to contest the decision.
You can stop using Stride and delete your account at any time. We may end the beta or close the service; if we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice when possible.
7. Liability, law and contact
No guarantees. The beta is provided free and "as is". We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss of game progress, resets or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Law and courts. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
Changes. We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and notify players of important changes in advance; if you keep playing after they take effect, you accept them.
